FAQ

Questions merchants actually ask

Straight answers, caveats included. Where an answer sounds cautious, that's because the honest version is.

The product

What Qarari is

What does Qarari actually do?

It measures what your decisions are worth. Qarari reads your store's order and product history and turns it into a reorder plan for every product, plus checkout offers measured by the profit they actually added. Most dashboards tell you what happened; Qarari tells you what each action added, and it tests itself on your own store before asking you to rely on anything.

The store is full of analytics and offer apps. How is Qarari different?

Most tools report activity: carts touched, messages sent, revenue that passed through an offer. Those totals include customers who would have bought anyway, so they flatter the tool. Qarari shows an offer to part of your customers, deliberately leaves a similar group without it, and its algorithm reports only the difference between the two: the profit the offer added, after the discount and the product's cost. We can't see inside any other app and don't claim to. We simply count in a way that can't take credit for sales that were already coming.

What is the Checkout Behavior Lab?

The part of Qarari where offers are tested instead of assumed. It runs your offer for some customers, keeps a similar group aside without it, and its algorithm checks every day that the comparison has stayed fair. You get the profit the offer added, after discount and cost, with an honest range that says how sure we are. It also watches for harm while the offer runs: complaints, refunds, customers abandoning again. It reads those every day, as the data arrives rather than at the end, and shows you the reading in the app, so you can stop the offer yourself the day a signal goes bad. Stopping it takes one button in your dashboard.

The numbers

Trusting what you see

Can I trust the numbers?

This question is the reason Qarari exists. One rule governs every screen: a figure we can't honestly stand behind is not shown. Every number carries a label saying how it was derived, and where the evidence isn't there yet, the algorithm holds the number back and you see "not sure yet" instead. A tool that is willing to show you nothing is the one worth believing when it shows you something.

How do I know it's accurate?

You watch it check itself. From the moment you connect, Qarari compares its reorder guidance with what actually happened in your store and shows you the outcome, labeled for what it is. Where it isn't sure, it says so.

What if the honest answer is that my offer earned nothing?

Then that is what you'll see. An offer that added nothing is reported as adding nothing, and one that lost money is reported as a loss. It stings for a moment, then it saves you every riyal you would have kept spending on it. A report that can only bring good news can't do that for you.

My store is new, with little order history. Is it still useful?

Yes, with an honest asterisk: less history means more careful reorder guidance at first, labelled as such, because there is simply less to measure from. As orders accumulate, the demand behind each reorder date is measured from your own history instead of a cautious floor. The supplier lead time does not improve on its own. And where your history can't support a number at all yet, Qarari holds it back and says so rather than guessing.

Data and store

Your data, your storefront

Is my data safe? Do you sell my data?

We don't sell or share it, and your store's data is walled off from every other merchant's. We follow Saudi Arabia's PDPL, and GDPR where it applies, including how consent is handled and any request you make about your own data. The Privacy page has the full detail.

Does Qarari slow my store down?

No page of yours waits on us. The analysis runs on our servers, away from your storefront. The one small piece that can live in your store, the observer that notices carts for the Lab, is served from Salla's own network and listens in the background; it doesn't stand between your customer and the page, even when our servers are unreachable.

Will Qarari change anything in my store?

No. It reads order data through your platform connection and doesn't touch your theme, your pages, or your customers' experience. The Checkout Behavior Lab can run optional tools, like a gentle cart reminder, and those run only when you turn them on.

Practical

Price, platforms, starting

What does it cost?

Qarari is a subscription, and it opens with a trial so you can judge it on your own store before you pay for it. We print no number here, because a price on this page would drift from the one you are actually charged. Whatever the price is at the moment you install, it appears on the platform's own listing along with the trial that comes with it, and the platform bills you.

Which platforms does Qarari work with?

Salla today. Zid, Shopify, and WooCommerce are planned next. It works the same way everywhere: connect, and it builds from your own order history.

How do I get started? Do I need to prepare anything?

Install Qarari from your platform's app store (Salla today) with one approval. There is nothing to prepare; your store already holds everything it needs. The Get started page lists the exact steps.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. Installing takes a few clicks in your platform's app store (Salla today), and the dashboard is written for the person who runs the store. No code, ever.

How fast will I see real value?

The self-test starts the day you connect, so your first honest look at what Qarari can do arrives immediately. Your reorder plan appears within minutes of connecting.

Can I cancel or uninstall anytime?

Yes, from your platform dashboard, with no notice period. Data sync stops immediately and Qarari's access to your store is revoked. Your history is kept in case you come back; if you'd rather it be deleted outright, ask us in writing and we'll do it.

The shortest honest answer to most questions: connect your store and judge Qarari on your own report.
