Know what an offer actually earned
Any app can run a discount. The Lab answers the question the discount raises: did it add profit, or did it hand margin to customers who were buying anyway? It runs the offer on part of your customers, keeps a share aside who see none, and claims only the difference.
- Step 1
The offer runs on part of your store
You choose the offer: a discount, a free-shipping threshold, a gentle reminder. The Lab shows it to a share of your customers and deliberately keeps another share aside who see nothing.
- Step 2
Both shares are counted the same way
Same days, same store, same season. So the difference between the two shares belongs to the offer, within a stated range, not to the luck of the calendar.
- Step 3
Profit, not applause
From the extra sales the offer brought in, the algorithm subtracts the discount you gave and the cost of the products sold. What remains is the profit the offer added, and that is the number you see, with the range the Lab is confident in.
- Always
A losing offer gets stopped
If an offer starts costing you money, the Lab stops it before the loss grows, and tells you why. An experiment should never cost more than its answer is worth.
What the Lab's answer looks like
One slip closes the question: what did the offer add, after what it cost?
Most tools report activity: carts touched, messages sent, coupons used. Those counts include customers who were going to buy anyway. The Lab's algorithm measures added profit, after costs, and claims nothing else. We do not claim to know how any other app computes its numbers; we show you exactly how we compute ours.
A 10% offer, judged by profit
- Extra sales the offer brought in9,600 SAR
- The discount given and product cost6,450 SAR
The honest range: between 1,900 and 4,400 SAR. Had the offer turned into a loss, it would have been stopped along the way, before the loss grew.
While an offer is being judged, a share of your customers deliberately sees no offer. That is the price of an answer you can bank on.
A solid number needs enough customers and enough days. When the Lab needs more time, it tells you it is waiting instead of showing a flattering early figure.
The Lab is a separate add-on to Qarari; your platform bills it, and its current price for your store is shown on your platform's app-store listing when you install.
